• Credentials are used exclusively to perform the automation services you have purchased
• We use secure handling protocols and limit access to only the personnel necessary to deliver your service
• We do not use your dating platform accounts for any purpose beyond the services described in your subscription
• You may revoke access at any time by canceling your subscription and changing your platform passwords
• We strongly recommend changing your platform passwords if you cancel or suspect any unauthorized access

By providing your credentials, you expressly authorize DateAutomate to access and operate your dating accounts on your behalf as part of the agreed service.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

• Account and contact information is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
• Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's data retention policies
• Dating platform credentials are deleted from our systems within 30 days of subscription cancellation
• Analytics and usage data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include:
